This summer the Percolator and the Lawrence Youth Ensemble, along with artists KT Walsh and Laura Ramberg, are partnering to create art about the beautiful Wetlands to the south of our city.

The project includes a play written and performed by teenagers, masks made by students at the Douglas County Detention Center, a huge fabric art structure, and ART made by all of us!

As part of Unmask.Unearth, we are asking everyone, no matter what age or ability, to create art about the Wetlands. Take a trip out and explore. Tell an old story...or a new one. Any art medium is welcome...found art, art made from nature, political art, costume pieces, poems.

Please drop your art off at the Percolator by July 19.
